Are you achieving your fitness goals? If not, ask yourself the following questions:

  • Are you exercising enough? a Minimum of 3 times per week, but preferably 30 minutes daily.
  • Are you eating the right food? Ask the iDefine Trainers to review your food diary and help you set healthy eating habits
  • Are your food portions the correct size for you? Ask our iDefine Trainers to review this with you.
